I got migrated from BT to EE via a telephone conversation with what is now apparent a EE salesman '' nothing to worry about, we will do everything ''. I am now some 4 months later being threatened by BT for £1500.00 for coming out of my contract and nobody at BT or EE cares.

@unhappykarl1 : Was this an unsolicited telephone call from this "EE salesman"? If so, it is suspicious.

When BT want to move you to EE it should be done via your BT a/c, not by phone, & then you wouldn't be paying early exit fees to BT.

Oh I have taken it serious JIM, just be good for someone to actually accept what they have done.

Do you honestly not think I've spoken with them in new Dehli

Pardon? EE are not in New Delhi; that are UK-based.

@unhappykarl1  BT and EE profess to being 100% UK based sales/support that is one off there main bullet points all about the company, yes they employ many people with various accents and multiple language support, but NOT outside the UK!

Not seeing anything apart from your 3 post's so you may wish to tag one off the EE support team with your problem, The community page and welcome above will guide you to who!
