I have joined EE today and when the broadband and TV boxes are installed I will have the Big Sport package. I was told by the sales advisor that I could access NOW TV and HBO Max from today. I have registered with NOW TV and that is working. I already had HBO with my SKY package and whatever I try it will not allow me to register for the new package including the sport. I am presuming it is because I am an existing customer through SKY. How do I get registered for HBO, one of the main reasons for the change, apart from cost, was the sports package.
