@AVPelite23   do you know who installed the fibre? Enter your details in the Openreach site to see if fibre is available or if it is planned. https://www.openreach.com/

If fibre is available, next check the BTW DSL checker to see if WBC FTTP is available. https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

Ive done that say not available on both site but openreach.com one say We have no plans to build Full Fibre to this property yet. The EE guy said this Thank you for your patience, upon checking the details I can see that the full fibre is not available ,however please do not worry I am registering your address to the full fibre connection and adding a detailed note on the account for you , since you've Full fibre pole outside your property, once it will be updated within 10 working days , you'll receive a notification on your registered email and you can upgrade your package to full fibre with the speed upgrade. Which where i am stuck now not received a email so dont know who ask or talk to about this

@AVPelite23   there are numerous companies installing fibre around the country, but EE only use the Openreach network, so if it is not available or planned on their site you would need to go elsewhere, EE will not be able to deliver it.

You could try a comparison site or look on Ofcom to see who has fibre availability for your premices. https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/broadband-coverage

The pole outside could be carrying anybody's BB. OR allows any superstructure provider to share their poles. As the OR & BTw checkers say your property is not even planned for Full Fibre yet, there must be some other provider present there. Try CityFibre  as the most likely.
