Broadband Down Filey - North Yorkshire?

Adamd90
Visitor

Does anybody know if the broadband is down in Filey/Scarborough area, North Yorkshire?

How on earth do EE think its acceptable to not have a 24hour customer service team? Do we all go to bed at 9pm?? Ridiculous that I have to ask other customers about information which should be provided by the company I pay for the service.. anyway, rant over! Is anybody else experiencing the same issue?

Thanks

You can text HELP to 66033 to run an automated check on your line. This will verify if there is a fault and log it so that it can be fixed.

Broadband faults are not always area-wide, but can be specific to your line.

BB issues are rarely localised but specific to your own line.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.
