I cancelled EE broadband in the 14 day cooling off period. I have sent the equipment back. I have proof of posting and there's tracking on the Royal Mail website to say it has been delivered to the destination postcode, which is Yorkshire XX101BT. I posted this on the 09/05/2025 EE received it back on the 13/05/2025. I am now getting constant texts telling me I haven't returned the equipment and to avoid charge send it back by 30/06/2025.
What can I do please, you get cut off on the phone. I am so annoyed at myself for even considering EE broadband now if this is how they perform. I have sent the modem BACK I have proof of posting!

@Alliee Automated e-mails no matter what, eventually you will get the text below so i had 4 e-mails, and also numerous text's from the cancellation all lasting 6 week period and eventually the e-mail popped in as below. All just a pain....

I mean tell them of it over the phone & give them a link to it.
