Phones not working properly

wilsonhammond

My name is Norman. We were switched from Plusnet to EE last week. Until then, anybody answering the landline could get somebody else to pick up another of the handsets and join the conversation. Now, only one handset will work at a time. Calling 150 gets a 'number unobtainable' tone, even though the call is being made from an EE landline digital phone. The same goes for the 0330 number listed. So there is no way of getting EE to contact me to explain/correct the situation. If EE monitor this Community chat, please get in touch with me.

I have managed to switch from Plusnet to EE, and both broadband and landline are working; but only one handset will work at a time (on Plusnet somebody could pick up one of the other handsets and join the conversation). Calling EE on 150 or 0330 123 1105 just gets an 'unobtainable' tone. Does anybody know how to get to a human being at EE? Norman

@wilsonhammond   where are you trying to call from? Have you tried from another line?

Or tried 0800 079 8586  Option 2?

I tried the 0800 number - got "number unobtainable"

Not sure how you now have your phones connected, is it via the port on the router or the DECT adapters?
