I have two questions I cant find an email address for customer services
I have upgraded to a Samsung s20 ultra I need to return my s10 but am unable to do so due to coronavirus who do I contact about this to extend the period of returns
Also I pre orded the S20 ultra but never received a confirmation email (same when I pre ordered my s10 ) I need this to send to Samsung to claim ear buds + last time customer services emailed it to me but again due to coronavirus I am unable to get through to customer services
