I upgraded my phone via upgrade anytime. I got the phone on Sunday but no returns pack and it’s been 7 working days. I’ve ordered another one but what happens if it does not come before my old phone is due to be returned?! Due return date is 27th December!
If you haven't received it by 27th December, I'd recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team. They'll be able to look into this and try to make sure you aren't charged.
