15 pound pack

  1. £15 pack says: 15gb, unlimited  calls&text 

At real i have recieved again 8Gb not 15Gb ,

I should receive 15Gb  not 8Gb ,when i buy the £15Pack

@Bradlein402 : Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 7GB.

 

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I’ve exactly the same problem! 8gb after signing up for the 15gb package for £15 a month.

Strange thing is that when you go to available packs, the ‘£15 for 8gb’ isn’t there but ‘£15 for 15gb’ is!

There is also no 7gb in any other areas or when texting AL to 150.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

£15 for a 15GB data pack is the current pack; 8GB data is what it was last year.
