Removing content lock

Ashash_w9
Visitor

ee is pathetic!  For 3 days i have been trying to remove my content lock off  my pay as you go sim woth my credit card.  I cant find it. When i did it did not work.  Now i cam find it again.   It's so complicated and awkward.   I do not want to call up and give my details over the phone and it is annoying how awkward it is.  Why not have a simple menu to click and enter details then done!  You are just trying to entice people to be on contract on call up and be pressure sold a contract instead.

On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
