Are you on a pay monthly contract or pay as you go?

 

If you're on a pay monthly contract you can remove the content lock in your My EE Account.

If you're on pay as you go and wish to have content lock removed you'll need to give us a call.

@Pelso-1985 : Are you on contract or PAYG? On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18.

But I have given my credit card details in my account 

it says enter your credit card details but I have already entered details and it's says failed
