Which watch4 do I claim for?

I am trying to claim the cashback for my Samsung Watch4 Purchase and on the website there are 2 options: Samsung Watch4 44mm BT or Samsung Watch4 44 LTE, where do I find which one I purchased?

@AntonyMorvan   If your watch is a cellular watch it’ll be the LTE one as BT stands for Bluetooth as in not a cellular watch but Bluetooth only
