iPhone 13 pro max

Ordered a 13 pro max in October in a local branch, as yet have had no communication whatsoever. I want to cancel the order and claim my deposit back as I’ve got 13 pro, is this possible?

As you bought in-store, your best chance is based on non-delivery within 30 days of buying it.

If you want to cancel your order
You can cancel and ask for your money back if you don’t get the item either:

within 30 days of buying it
on the date you agreed with the seller - if it was essential to receive it by then (for example, for an event)
on the date of the second chance delivery you agreed with the seller

Your delivery must be made without undue delay and within 30 days from the point of purchase unless you and the retailer agree otherwise, this is stipulated by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Yes, you can cancel your order if you haven't received it yet. Just get in touch with your local store.

Any updates on iPhone 13 pro max.. x3 ordered 16th and still no date confirmed.. 

it does advise item on track when check online but no confirmation date or text so what does this mean?

Can you advise if you have them in stock.. also could you advise as previously requested what does delivery on track mean... im assuming your chosen couriers don't work on bank holidays - right..

 

How often is the tracking updated..

'On track' generally means that the order is tracking against the delivery guidance you were given when you originally ordered.

 

If you let me know which colour and memory size did you choose, I'll find out what that was for you.

Hi all

 

anyone received an update on the 128gb black model shipping out? I was told 10 days, then 7 days, now it’s 14 days and the website when I track says 7-14 days 🤷

Hi @Rickflynn1982.

 

The current estimated guidance for new orders of that model is to expect dispatch within 14 days. As we receive stock form the manufacturer, we'll send orders from oldest to newest.
