Phone upgrade with Chromebook?

Good afternoon, I got my new phone upgrade today but not the Chromebook it was supposed to come with, the invoice just says phone too? does anyone know now you actually get the extras it was supposed to come with?

@Second2non  It’ll be sent out 14-30 days after you got the device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

You would need to submit a claim for the Chromebook with Samsung here,  this is not sent with the device.
