Samsung A52 and XBox Black Friday deal

Good afternoon

I upgraded to the Samsung A52 on Black Friday because of the offer you had on with the XBox.

I was under the impression that I would receive said Xbox before Christmas (which has spoilt a family Christmas present) or I would not have chosen to upgrade this phone. Not only this, you started my new contract before I had even received my new phone!

 

I have not once had a problem with yourselves in all of the years that I have been a customer but I am very disappointed by this.

 

Please can you tell me when I will be receiving the XBox?

What plan did you select? 

 

Did you make a £30 upfront payment? 

 

Also, did the plan start when your phone was dispatched?

Yes I paid the money upfront. I was expecting this to be resolved by now.

 

I have the 10GB Essential plan for £35.
