Singed up to the black Friday deal, I am eligible I have paid all my bills I was told my delivery would be gaurenteed by Christmas ... Now I have a disappointed nephew!
I singed up and paid for my new contract in the 20th of November.
Better yet I have received no correspondence at all regarding my Xbox from EE
So far I have called customer services 3 times and been told it's processing and been into store only to be fobbed off.
Please help me EE
