No news on xbox

I added an additional line on the black friday offer of receiving a free xbox with the phone 

Phone came the next day but I have yet to receive any information about the x box.

You receive a text 5 days aftr your line goes live. If you haven't received the text then call EE CS on 150 and ask them to check.

It's been 11 days and still no txt.

I will try ringing tomorrow. Its my sons Xmas present really hoping it comes in time

Has anyone received their Xbox yet? I upgraded more than 3 weeks ago and still haven't had my text. I only upgraded to get this deal and the Xbox is meant to be a Christmas present so will be very frustrated if it doesn't arrive.
