No sign of my XBox

Hello -- I renewed my contract on Black Friday and accepted the offer of an XBox.  This for a Pixel 6.  I was told that I would receive a text message after 14 days of the new contract.  That date has now passed and still no sign of the text.

The Retentions contact I had has now stopped responding via email - very disappointing as I brought him an additional 3 renewals from my family on the same day.

Can someone please assist?

Yes, I did pay the £30 upfront.

My plan is the SmartPlan 40Gb.
