website keeps saying this... Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just choose what you want to do. but im signed in when not in store , im trying to buy a smart watch but not able to complete transaction due to not letting me sign in

You can't buy a watch or most other non-mobile phones when not logged into MyEE.
