I have just joined ee on the 23/12/21 just before Christmas and since then every night around 10pm my Wi-Fi switches off until around 8.30 in morning, I sometimes work through the night so this move to ee is not working for me, the Wi-Fi  works perfectly fine all day in between, there nothing wrong with the connection is anyone else having this problem.

Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.

Is it the BB as a whole dropping or just the WiFi connections? Do Ethernet connected devices stay working? What colours are the light sequence when it happens?

Does the landline phone work when this happens? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
