Accounts not linked for BT and EE Special Discount for new EE customer with BT

I had a new EE package in October 21 and still not received link for discount as am BT broadband customer. This service was offered by EE via telephone sales. How do I set this up?

@S-MG  Discounts have to be applied at the point of sale they can not added afterwards.

Hi @S-MG ,

 

I would recommend to contact EE again to check if there's anything they can do for you. You may wish to try the same sales department again, quoting any name which you noted down, and ask to be referred to an appropriate department. Failing that, you would just need to select the most appropriate choice if calling.

 

I find online chat is quite good for getting you to the right people but the online chat advisers may not the full range of options which call advisers might have (depends on the service provider).
