After ringing EE numerous times the pre paid packets to send my trade in iphones hasn't arrived . Concerned as EE said they needed to be returned within 14 days of getting the upgraded new phones. I've even rang the company that deals with the returns and they said they'd send a packet . Seems like a ploy to make you end up paying full Contract price .

@GrahamGatenby1 That’s called false advertising and that’s illegal. Just because you are still waiting it doesn’t means it’s a ploy at all.

Hi @GrahamGatenby1 ,
Would you be able to obtain an address over the phone and send it with appropriate insurance and tracking with a signature to prove it is received?
There are reports on here of parcels going missing or arriving empty which one may find by searching.
It sounds like it may be faster and safer to send yourself as using an insecure method puts you on the hook for any damage or loss which may occur. At the very minimum you require proof of postage but it's rare that the other party will compensate you for any loss beyond a token amount, significantly below the value of the phone.
