I have a phone to return as part of my upgrade, but the label sent to me is Royal Mail. I will need to pay for Special Delivery as an upgraded method of posting - but do I still use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 label and as the Post Office to send Special Delivery, or do I just need to write the address manually on to the envelope pls?
@Czee If your going to pay for a special delivery you can not use that pre paid label. That label is just for the service it’s been pre paid for. Why are you paying for a different service it’s already been paid for.
