2 weeks & still waiting for my 2 iPhone 11’s

I ordered 2 black iPhone 11’s 64gb on the 2nd of November & on both of them it’s still saying “order confirmed”

If there is no stock becase of ongoing shipping issues then you'll just have to wait. 

 

Once EE have stock you will receive a text from DPD with a delivery date.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

I was told that delivery should be with me from 5-7 days and it’s been 2 weeks & 1 day now! I totally agree with you that if their expecting delays then delivery times are going to take longer  but it would be nice to receive a courtesy call or email.  That would of meant I wouldn’t have to have posted on this forum.

The black model is currently on back order and will be dispatched when stock arrives from Apple. We do have stock of some other colours, if you'd like to switch, please get in touch on 150.
