Waiting since 9th December for my repair!

Hey all. I know this is a long shot as it is location specific, but I took my iPhone in for repair on the 9th of December at the shop in Torquay and still have t had it back yet. 

I speak to one team who say the shop are at fault and the shop say the repair centre are at fault.

 

anyone having similar issues? Or anyone know what to do next?

 

it’s been 3 weeks already and I was told the turn around would be a maximum of two weeks!

@Hizzo791  the shop is your point of contact as they took the device from you to send of for repair the shop takes responsibility and the issue is with them to resolve.

 

It might of been 3 weeks but Christmas is a bank holiday so please take that in too account as these devices are sent via courier and if it’s DPD then they was closed till yesterday.
