Hi, on 12 February I have order an iPhone 12 pro max as on my ee app I was eligible for upgrade. Now when I log in on the site its appearing your not eligible for upgrade. When I use my tracking number it says awaiting approval. lm so confused becouse on December I made a contract in one of your stores and your colleague ensure me that after 3 months I can get whatever device I want without giving any upfront. This is why I did the contract at the end. I'm waiting for an answer kind regards.

It states you can't upgrade because you have already processed an upgrade.
If it hasn't been approved yet I recommend calling EE and seeing what is happening
