You can't unlock the phone for the first 6 months

This is why I’m confused. It’s not my new iPhone I’m wanting to unlock it’s my old one. I had that 2 years. But it’s saying my old iPhone is unlocked. I thought I had to go through a lot of steps to unlock it.

EE now unlock iPhones after so many months of ownership. If its unlocked insert another sim and see if it works..

@Harley23 With your EE sim in your account is iPhone text UNLOCK to 150. Or go to Settings>General>About and scroll down to Network Provider Lock. Is it says NO SIM RESTRICTIONS the device is already unlocked. EE automatically unlock iPhones after 17 months.
