Hi I have just done an early upgrade where you send your old phone into EE to waiver the fee they said they would send an envelope to return my old handset but I haven’t received this. I am now worrying as you only get 14 days to do so upon receiving your new handset and obviously being Christmas I am worried they will not receive it in time and I will be charged. Can anyone advise on what I should do thank you

Give EE a call on 150 and chase up the envelope.
