Hi, I've just topped up £20 and it should have give me 60gb as part of the Xmas promotion of data but its only give me 30gb. What can I do??  

Can’t pay

My bill is much more than I expected this month as I have been receiving calls from abroad but I never answer, can I split my payment down to weekly for this month to help me rather than pay one big lump sum? thank you!

EE Router 2017/18

Hi, can anybody help with resolving an issue with our home router not being discoverable to my new laptop when i try to connect via wifi. The laptop picks up several other very local routers but will not pick-up our home devise. Thankyou
