I've had my contract for 4 days and not received any BT Sports info, yet it says it's active on MyEE. Tried ringing but i gave up after 30mins, got an email 2 days ago saying they'll look into it after messaging a complaint... Still nothing, this common?

Have you texted SPORT to 150 & did you receive & follow this link to BT Sport set up to set up your BT ID?
