AppleCare+ not added

I have just received my upgrade iPhone 13 pro max which I’m happy with. Unfortunately the AppleCare+ that I added during purchase isn’t showing as active under my iPhone settings. How do I activate the AppleCare+ that I’ve already paid for?

Hi - it was added to the monthly bill, so with EE 🙂
