I'm trying to upgrade my two contracts that are both available for upgrade but it says no plans available. I've been with EE since 2015/16 and normally upgraded through carphone warehouse which was simple and easy. I don't have time to phone 150 or try figure out why it's constantly doing this when I try to upgrade. Is this a issue with the site? It's frustrating and I'm at the stage where I just might go to carphone warehouse and get other deals. I've been trying to upgrade since November. Someone help please.

There is no account access on these forms therefore nobody can check your account to establish what contract you are on and what upgrades you are eligible to claim.
You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 or visit an EE store.
