Unlimited plan only 100GB data?

I have unlimited plan, but why it shows me there’s only 100gb available? And when I used 8pGB data I told me I’ve used 70% of the total data.  Is this a fake unlimited or what?

You have 100gb of giftable data.

 

Only the first 100gb is giftable so any data used before gifting comes off your giftable allowance.

 

You may be getting confused with this
