I’ve been trying for the past hour or so to pay for my new phone (paying an early upgrade fee). Every time I get to the confirm tab after entering all my details etc... the website crashes and gives me a “this page cannot be found” Or “our website is down”. Is this happening to anyone else?? It’s frustrating because I don’t want to call them as I don’t feel that it’s urgent because it’s becoming more and more frustrating and I’ve been trying on and off all day to order my new phone.

Hi! That keeps happening to me too! I’ve been trying to place my upgrade since lunch yesterday and still get taken to the ‘page cannot be found’.

no have had no luck as of yet as soon as I try to process payment it says page cannot be found, I’m trying to do this from my phone so no other browser available.

This keeps happening to me to ive tryed both browsers on my phone and both Google chrome and edge on my laptop, im running out of ideas here, btw ive been trying to do this constantly for the last month
