Attempt to upgrade phone - mismatch

I recently upgraded my phone and have received a no reply email as there's a mismatch with the account supposedly? I tried to phone however your no longer taking calls. Is there anyway to resolve this without having to phone in, which no doubt will be a while before i can get through.

@StevenD22  customer services are taking calls you just need to be patient when calling, just don’t hang up. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Unfortunately not on my end, they've got an automated response on at the moment. I wouldn't just hang up on first attempt as i would like this resolved

I have this issue too. But also, my phone is smashed and doesnt work so i cant call anyone so need to call when im with someone else so i can use their phone. I really need to get this sorted as its been 4 days now and i still get emails to say it hasnt worked. Ive already phoned and been on hold for 40 minutes, thought it worked but nope, another email through. To be able to do this over email would be SUCH a help. Or if someone can help with a number, i can go to my mums at a certain time today to phone. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. @Katie_B
