Hi I ordered an upgrade on the phone late last week. I paid for next day delivery (was told it would be with me Monday by the person on the phone)
Monday has gone and I didn't receive my new phone.
Having looked at the information on here i also didn't receive a email confirmation so I am unable to attempt to track my order.
My EE o line is useless and tells me nothing about it.
How can I find out what is going on other than ringing to chase?

Hi @steph_jane2002.
Welcome to the community.
Could you make sure the email isn't in your junk/spam folder?
If you haven't got one, the only way to track it would be to get in touch with our Customer Care team.

I have already done that.
No email in junk folder.
The phone was supposed to be delivered on Monday and I paid for next day delivery.

Thanks @steph_jane2002.
Our Customer Care team would be able to give you an update and also look at the cost of the delivery If it hasn't arrived when you paid for.
@Eilidh22 - You'll get a text from DPD when your phone is out for delivery.

You'd need to give them a call, @steph_jane2002.
You can find all of our contact details on our get in touch page.
