Attempt to upgrade phone - mismatch

I recently upgraded my phone and have received a no reply email as there's a mismatch with the account supposedly? I tried to phone however your no longer taking calls. Is there anyway to resolve this without having to phone in, which no doubt will be a while before i can get through.

Morning, 

 

I've received the same email yesterday and when trying to call the number on the email I was sent, it says the office is no closed. Please can you let me know what I need to do to get this resolved? I was expecting my new phone tomorrow and don't want to delay it.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can look into your account and see what has happened.
