Attempt to upgrade phone : Mismatch

I tried to upgrade my phone yesterday and have received a no reply email as there's a mismatch with the account, I have tried to phone multiple times today but cannot get through as you are no longer taking calls. Is there anyway to resolve this without having to phone in because its probably going to take a while for them to be back open?

You would need to call us and get your order looked into if you have received an email requesting further details, you can call our Mobile Care team on 150 or 0800 079 8586.
