Waiting for an upgrade

hi, I placed an order on Saturday for my new phone as I am due to upgrade.   I have the email to say thanks for the order. Phone in stock, will dispatch with 24hrs. The money hasn't been taken from my account, says on tracking awaiting confirmation of order. How long will I have to wait?  I understand it was ordered on saturday but to have nothing back as of Tuesday night doesnt seem right??  Can't get through to speak to someone as offices are closed? Not sure whats next. Need help please
