How to thank a member of staff

Can you let me know how to thank a member of your EE team? The chap I spoke to today was called Marc ******** from North Tyneside Mobile Sales. Marc was genuinely interested in helping me get the best product for my needs and gave a real human element to the call. Great asset to your company, please thank him.

I thanked @EE over twitter naming the specific person and I assumed it got passed along. I asked to speak to their manager, prefaced with parsing them for the great job they did for me and they told me to use Twitter
