Samsung s20 5g

Since upgrading my p30 to an s20 5g I have never had a decent signal and oftem find I can't even browse the Internet or use social media apps due to no connection.

The lady next door has the same phone and same issue. 

I went into the ee shop last weekend in stockport Town centre and explained my issue to a member of staff. She showed me her phone which had full signal 5g whereas I had 4g but no bars or Internet connection. This phone is not fit for purpose 

How do I make an official complaint?
