Hello, I have done an upgrade where a trade in is required, however the phone stated on the trade in was not the phone in my possession, after multiple attempts of reaching out to both ee and brightstar, brightstar said they will catalogue the phone I send them. I posted the phone on 6/12/21 and it was a 48hr delivery so therefore should have received it on 8/12/21. It has been well over 10 days now and it has now exceeded the date it was supposed to be returned by on the 14/12/21 and now I am being charged for a non trade in fee. I am not happy at all and what this resolved asap

@Axmx_   Why wasn’t the phone that you agreed to send in sent in ? Also    did you send the device via the supplied packaging ? 

Hello, I sent in the phone that I had, which was my I phone 11 pro max and I yes I sent it via the packaging I had received.
