No Order Delivery - Urgent

Hi

 

I am an EE customer, I ordered a  new phone upgrade + new plan on the 4th of September, I had an email confirming the order but no more communication. I need the new phone urgently as I am due to travel abroad at the end of this week. I did try to track my order number on the website but no luck.

 

Please let me know how to contact you because so far all my attempts have failed.
