I have been calling EE all day to talk about an early upgrade - do not like doing it on line prefer to speak to someone. Been holding for 25 minutes at a time x 4 attempts
Apart from 150 is there any other number you can call that will get you access?

@JHGemmell 150 is the only number you can call and your just as important as the other callers who want to speak with customer services, if customer services can not take you call it’s because they are busy with other callers and you’ll have to be patient when calling until someone can take your call.
