I have just received a new work phone. The SIM is not provisioned and the phone number is not registered. What do I do next?

@arlenechoules If the number isn’t registered then who ever is in charge of your work devices has to set up an account for it.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
