I just received a new sim, as the customer service desk thought issues I was having might have been due to a fault sim. I have inserted the new sim, but I have a message saying 'sim not provisioned' and I can't use my phone to call out, message or for Internet use. How do you fix this?

The letter I received said as it was a replacement for a faulty sim, then all I had to do was insert it into my phone. I tried calling and was on hold for over half an hour.
