Old sim not provisioned

I have an ee sim which I used to use a lot as my main sim and when I stopped using it for a while I decided to use it again and return to ee. I have a lot things on this sim and it says sim not provisioned. Even though it’s not new and it’s been activated.I suspect has made my sim inactive and I am not able to call them as it says call failed. What do I do?

@Tizzy67  Is this a PAYG sim ?  If it is you might want to read THIS.

What lotta things can you possibly have on a SIM? Maybe a few contacts that would be better off on your phone.
