Have you had a text message from 150 to set up Apple Music?
If so, what happens when you try and use Apple Music?

Got it set up in my ee app as my smart benefit, never been able to connect via ee for subscription, so took the 3 months free option with apple hoping that the subscription would continue under ee for free but it just won’t connect had the same problem right at the beginning contacted ee several times about, nothing got done been paying for a contract with ee for a smart benefit, but unable to take advantage of it

No it’s not active, error message I’m getting is trying to connect keeps flashing on the screen, but does nothing

No error message on setting up the free 3 months trial, all ok just can’t connect through ee to use the smart never been able to do it, their probably is something on my file regards this with yourselves as spoke to your team several times about not being able to use apple music

I'm sorry to hear this is not resolved for you.
Did you contact Apple Support and asked them to change the Apple ID associated with your Apple Music subscription?
