Hello I bought a pay monthly sim filled in the form with the PAC code I got from Vodafone as I want to keep my number. Does the number change automatically or do I have to ring you. Put the sim in my new phone and set it up transfed data over from old phone all good. Am I missing something.
@Vinny64 If you did this today your number should migrate tomorrow, it takes around 24 hours to migrate across. If it’s not done by tomorrow afternoon give customer services a call and give them the pac code and they start the process.
