Hi, I topped up my account online, but I am unable to buy an add on with that top up for my Wifi mini. I do not have an EE mobile, I just have the Wifi mini so I am unable to login to the EEwifi from my mobile to buy this data. When I plug the Wifi mini in, it doesnt give me a page to top up the data either. The app also does not have a page to top up the data. How the hell do I buy an add on for my data if I cant login? I havent used the Mini for a year so I didnt realise there were changed before I logged in and spent monwy on a top up.

If you haven't used this PAYG SIM for a year it has been deactivated & you've lost it completely.
EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
